Service Agreement and Acceptance
By accessing VRPlayHub facilities or booking our services, you agree to these terms of use. This agreement governs your use of our VR/AR entertainment services, facilities, and equipment. If you disagree with any terms, please discontinue use of our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of VRPlayHub services, whether accessing our physical location or online booking system.
Booking and Reservation Policies
All bookings require advance payment or valid payment method on file. Reservations are confirmed upon payment receipt and are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for group sessions and weekend slots.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session receive full refunds. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the entire booking amount.
Age Requirements and Restrictions
VR experiences are suitable for ages 6 and above. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Participants under 16 require parental consent and supervision during sessions.
Certain intense VR experiences may have higher age restrictions, which will be clearly indicated during booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if age requirements are not met.
Health and Safety Requirements
Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could be affected by VR experiences, including epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, or motion sensitivity. We provide safety briefings before all sessions and require compliance with all safety instructions.
VRPlayHub reserves the right to terminate sessions if safety protocols are violated or if participants appear unfit to continue safely.
Equipment Usage and Care
All VR equipment must be used as instructed by our staff. Participants are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. Replacement costs for damaged equipment will be charged to the responsible party.
Food, drinks, and personal items are not permitted in VR play areas. Secure storage is provided for personal belongings during sessions.
Behavioral Standards and Conduct
All participants must maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other customers. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate session termination without refund.
Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited on premises. Participants appearing under the influence will be refused service and may be banned from future visits.
Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
Participants acknowledge that VR activities involve inherent risks including motion sickness, disorientation, and potential physical injury. VRPlayHub maintains comprehensive insurance but participants assume responsibility for their own safety and well-being.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our facilities or services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All VR content, games, and experiences are protected by copyright and licensing agreements. Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.
The VRPlayHub brand, logo, and marketing materials are our exclusive intellectual property and may not be used without authorization.
Payment Terms and Pricing
All prices are in Ukrainian Hryvnia and include applicable taxes. Payment is required at time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made for corporate accounts. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Special promotional rates may have additional terms and restrictions that will be clearly communicated at time of booking.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection necessary for booking management, service delivery, and customer communication.
We may photograph or video record sessions for marketing purposes with your explicit consent. You have the right to opt out of any recording or marketing use of your image.
Service Modifications and Availability
VRPlayHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for planned service changes or facility maintenance that may affect bookings.
Equipment malfunctions or technical issues may require session modifications or rescheduling. In such cases, we will offer alternative experiences or full refunds at your discretion.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, followed by mediation if necessary. Legal proceedings must be filed in Kyiv courts.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any term does not waive our right to enforce it later.
